Workshop Agenda

The agenda for the March workshop has been posted to the websit.

Agenda March 22-26,  2010

Bartenders Survey

When starting a new distillery, marketing your product

will become very important. To help you with some of the

answers to the test, we have asked Bartenders accross the

country to participate in our Bartenders Survey. This is very

useful to learn how to market your spirits to and by the folks

pouring and engaging with the consumer; your product.

These people  are very important to your success. Survey

results will be shared with those Bartenders who

participate. We also have a survey with writers and media

folks who write about artisan craft distilling. They too have

much to offer new distillers who want to get the word out.

Our March 22-26 workshop class will be discussing the

results of this survey when we talk about business planning

and marketing. We expect it to be very enlightening.

Salud!
